They were expedient and Alex did an amazing job loading the truck and was able to get everything on, including washer & dryer, a king-size and queen size bedroom sets, a grandfather clock and a baby grand piano. They arrived as expected and completed loading the truck in four hours as anticipated. Everything was handled with the utmost care. In fact, Steve, the owner, stopped by to check on how it was going and brought extra wardrobe boxes. They were affordable and accommodating. I would highly recommend them for your next move. This is the best moving company we've ever had. Not only we're they reasonably priced, the three men that did our move were so considerate and respectful of our things often going above and beyond to ensure everything was exactly where we wanted it. The egress situation to get our hot tub into the backyard was a major challenge. But they didn't give up! The owners drove over and figured out exactly how to do it and after a lot of effort, it's in our backyard. Give them a call. You won't regret it.

Great value for a very reasonable price.My move was small but complicated with 3 stops (storage unit and 2 residences) to gather my home goods from staging locations prior to my final relocation. My moving team Alex and Kris communicated by text and call that they would arrive 15min ahead of the morning meet-up time. This was fantastic as the temperature forecast for noon was 90 degrees.My team moved quickly but carefully to load, pad, and secure all my goods and then place them as directed into my new home. There were stairs involved and some tight turnings at one location but no damage resulted to my goods or the home. I was pleased by Alex’s careful driving along Phoenix’s very busy streets. And appreciated their care and attention when parking in residential areas.Many thanks for a perfect move.

This business is a family owned and run operation. We needed storage for 6 months while we found a new home. The storage is climate controlled and secure in the Phoenix area. All services were performed on time and the many fragile items they packed arrived in perfect condition. Moving is very stressful, and the Jones team was always accessible to answer questions.

Jones handled our move from Sun City West, AZ to central Virginia. I took 3 bids, and Jones had the best bid. They were very professional and very thorough, surprising us with the care that they used to pack our belongings. They moved across the country and arrived on the exact day and time that they predicted and scheduled, and the unpacking crew did an amazing job also. I was very pleased with the job they did, and would hire them again. Their bid was a little bit low on the packing, so I paid a little more than the original estimate, but I think I would have underestimated the quantity of our stuff lurking in closets, and I consider the cost well worth it. The final cost was still lower than the other estimates, and they did a great job. Nice folks.
